Computing and Information Services is excited to announce the CIS Self-Service Portal has been implemented as of September 1, 2015. Users can now report issues, open requests and check status on technology and technology-related issues. Additionally, you will be able to get computer hardware quotes, and find answers to many of your technology related questions right from your computer, tablet or smartphone. These online services will be available anytime anywhere and the list will continue to grow over time. To request support please call X3300; you will be routed to the appropriate facility for Faculty & Staff Support and Student Support.

We will continuously collect your feedback and use the information to improve ServiceNow. We thank you for your patience as we work to incorporate your feedback and improve ServiceNow to meet your technology needs.
