eBill & ePay

As of August 2008, three very important changes in student account billing and payment policies at Teacher's College have been implemented.

1) Student account statements will be distributed online (e-billing).

The e-billing system will offer students, and their designees, a safe and secure method of receiving billing statements. All students registering for the Fall 2008 semester will receive an electronic statement through their Teachers College e-mail account in addition to the standard paper statement. The College hopes to go totally paperless for the Spring 2009 semester. By utilizing an electronic method of statement delivery, we are joining the many institutions that are going green.

2) The College will be accepting online checks.

Students will be able to enter personal checking and saving account information on line and have their bills credited directly from their accounts. This no fee, secure method of payment can be accessed through the TC-WEB student information system. The Office of Student Accounts will continue to accept paper checks in-person and through the mail.

3) The College will be utilizing a 3rd party to accept credit card payments.

All credit card payments will be processed through CASHNet, the College's 3rd party credit card provider. You will be able to access the CASHNet website through the TC-WEB Student Information System. MasterCard, American Express and Discover cards will be accepted; Visa will no longer be accepted. A convenience fee of 2.75% will be assessed and retained by CASHNet on the total amount charged and will appear on your credit card statement as a separate item. The convenience fee is non refundable. This will be the only method available for students who elect to satisfy their account balance via credit card.

We look forward to a seamless transition and welcome any questions you may have.
