ORLJ 5340A: Basic Practicum in Conflict Resolution
This course is 1st of 6 in a series leading to a Certificate of Attendance in Conflict Resolution, and provides experience in developing basic collaborative negotiation and mediation skills for interpersonal conflict in a variety of contexts.

This is a course designed to address conflicts that typically take place in organizations. It combines a theoretical foundation with application and skill practice through the exploration of theories about conflict organizational behavior, communication, power, systems, and more.
