Flex Account 

Who Can Use It?

Any enrolled Teacher College student.

Any enrolled student, faculty, or staff of Barnard, Columbia, or Teachers College.

How Does It Work?

A dollar-for-dollar, tax-free declining balance account accessed through Teachers College University ID card.

A dollar-for-dollar declining balance account accessed through Columbia University ID card.

Where Can I Use It?

Grace Dodge Dining Hall and Everett Cafe.

CU locations” At all 12 on-campus dining locations, as well as at the University Bookstore, campus copy machines, vending machines, and Hartley Hospitality Desk.

When Does It Expire?

TC Dining Dollar balances are available from Fall through Summer provided student has not graduatedor cleased being enrolled during one of these terms.  Upon graduation or the by last day of classes of Summer B semester, unused funds will be forfeit.

Is It Tax-Free?

How Do I Get It?

Stop by any Cashier in the Everett Café or Grace Dodge Dining Hall to make a cash deposit and begin enjoy tax free dining!

To add money for Flex Account usage, you may visit Columbia University’s Customer Services Center in 125 Wallach Hall.
