Ross Tartell is Principal of Ross Tartell, Ph.D. Consulting, which specializes in Leadership Development, Executive Coaching and Curriculum Design. Previous to starting his consulting practice, Ross was the Learning Leader-North America for GE Capital Real Estate.  He also spent 18 years at Pfizer Inc., where he held positions of increasing responsibility as a member of Corporate Human Resources and the Global Pharmaceutical Group. Ross is an Adjunct Associate Professor of Psychology and Education at Columbia University, and is also a member of the editorial boards for Training Magazine and OD Practitioner. He has published articles in the Journal of Experimental Social Psychology, Organizational Dynamics, OD Practitioner, Psychological Reports, Training and Development Journal and Training Magazine. Ross received his M.Ed. in Counseling, M.B.A in Management, and his Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Columbia University.
