Summer 2014 Financial Aid

Summer aid applications will be in our office and on our website at the end of April. They will be available for students to complete at that time and will remain available throughout the summer sessions. We encourage you to do the application at least one to two weeks prior to the start of the summer term to ensure a timely disbursement of your aid.

View the Summer Aid section of our FAQs page to learn more about summer aid, including how many credit hours to enroll in, how aid is disbursed, and which types of aid will be available in the summer. Note that students who use the Graduate PLUS Loan in the summer may need to do an updated credit check. If this requirement applies to you, you will be notified by our office.

Please review our Cost of Attendance page. We recommend that you plan ahead and have an estimate of how much funding you will need to receive during the summer term(s) in order to pay for tuition, fees, books, supplies, living expenses, etc. Our summer aid application will ask you to provide this number.

The 2013-2014 FAFSA must be on file before we can provide you with federal aid during Summer 2014. You do not need to make any edits to your 2013-2014 FAFSA record in order to receive federal aid during this term. Those wishing to continue into the Fall 2014 semester (and beyond) and wish to receive federal aid must complete a 2014-2015 FAFSA.
