Success in Obtaining Internships

Over the past 7 years (those students who applied for internships in the years 2006 to 2012) our students have had great success in obtaining internships. During that time, 31 students applied for internships.Twenty-four applied for and were successful in obtaining APA-approved internships. All were full time, paid positions. Seven students applied for and were successful in obtaining school-based internships. All were full-time and paid. One student applied for an APPIC internship and was not placed. That student was placed in a full-time, paid, school-based internship.
