Welcome to the Insurance and Immunization Records Office!

The Insurance and Immunization Records Office is responsible for:

• Ensuring that all Teachers College students achieve compliance with New York State immunization requirements.
• Managing enrollment for the Columbia Health and Columbia Student Medical Insurance plans.
• Providing general information and administrative support for the Columbia Health and Columbia Student Medical Insurance plans.
• Planning and implementing health & wellness related programming to the TC community.

  Fall & Spring Terms

  Monday - Thursday:  9:00am - 6:00pm

  Friday:  9:00am - 5:00pm

   

  Summer Terms (A & B)

  Monday - Thursday:  9:00am - 5:00pm

  Friday:  9:00am - 3:00pm
