Aetna Advantage™ Dental Coverage
(Separate and Optional Enrollment)
Aetna Advantage™ Dental Coverage gives students the ability to select a primary care dentist (PCD) from the large Aetna Network. The participating dentists are conveniently located within the tri-state area and some offer weekend office hours. This plan provides a wide range of service options including preventative and diagnostic care following a $5 per visit copay.
Listed below are the rates for the 2012-2013 school year. Rates for the 2013-2014 school year will be available in Summer 2013.

Enrollment
The enrollment deadline is September 30 for the Fall term (and February 1 for new spring students only).
Please note that enrollment in the Aetna Advantage™ Dental Coverage is open to all students, and you do not need to be enrolled in the Columbia Student Medical Insurance Plan to take advantage of this plan. To enroll in the Aetna Advantage Dental Plan, please visit the Aetna Student Health website.
