How to Enroll or Waive
Enroll in, Upgrade, or Request a Waiver 2014-2015
The option to enroll in, upgrade, or request a waiver in the Columbia Plan for new Fall students will be available through myTC mid-July 2014. You must be registered for Fall classes to enroll in or request to waive the insurance.
The deadline for enrollment and waiver requests for new students is September 16, 2014 for the Fall semester, and February 3, 2015 for the Spring semester.
Please note: The Columbia Health Fee cannot be waived - regardless of insurance coverage - if you (1) live in campus housing OR (2) if you are taking 12 or more billable credits in the fall OR spring semester.
The deadline for enrollment and waiver requests for current or returning students for the Fall of 2014 is September 16, 2014. The deadline for the Spring of 2015 is January 21. Please contact Insurance & Immunization Records at email@example.com or 212-678-3006 with any questions.
Enrollment after the deadline is considered only if a student loses other health insurance coverage. Students must contact Insurance & Immunization Records at firstname.lastname@example.org within 30 days of losing their insurance, and provide documentation of coverage termination.
