The Hollingworth Center
In scientific studies, we ponder questions such as: “What makes a river a river?” Or “what is the life cycle of the Monarch Butterfly and how and why do they migrate?” We purposefully select topics which the scientific community is actively studying and researching. This models the importance of inquiry as a lifelong skill.
Past studies include Monarch Butterfly Migration, Humpback Whale Migration, The Hudson River, Ornithology, Tree Botany, Polar Studies, The Atlantic Ocean, The Pacific Ocean, and The Great Lakes.
