Room Reservation Guidelines & Form

The room reservation form is now available to all residents online! Please be sure to complete the form in it's entirety (be advised it is a two page document) and submit directly to Jason Hunt via email: hunt@tc.edu. Please remember that all forms must be submitted 48 hours prior to the start of your event. An email confirmation will be sent to you within 48 hours, confirming the day, date, time and location of your event.
