Description: The burrito is culinary masterpiece on par with toast or perhaps more appropriately, the sandwich. It is a clean, delicious carrier of whatever flavors or foods you desire to indulge upon.  The making of burritos can either be a quick function of tucking leftovers into a tortilla, or it can be a highly engaging social function of choose-your-own-burrito filling at a burrito buffet line. Unfortunately, burrito in NYC has become synonymous with the over-priced Chipotle. My hope is to help people understand the personal potential that the burrito has in each of our lives as a nutritious, social, efficacious way to live as healthy as you want to live. Finally, the burrito is as complicated as you are and as you want to be – you can have 0 toppings or infinite toppings.  You decide.
