Room Reservation Guidelines & Form

 

Common spaces are available to residents and their guests 24 hours a day, seven days a week however, there are several spaces that can be reserved by residents and Teachers College affiliates for private meetings, social gatherings etc.  Spaces that may be reserved include the following:

Instructions: Students wishing to reserve a space should complete this form in its entirety and submit it to the Office of Residential Services a minimum of two business days prior to their event.


Forms may be submitted via email or in person directly to the Office of Residential Services: housing@tc.columbia.edu


Residents will be contacted if their event conflicts with one already scheduled. Both sides of this form must be completed before a request can be approved. Incomplete forms will not be accepted.
