Room Reservation Guidelines & Form

 

Common spaces are available to residents and their guests 24 hours a day, seven days a week however, there are several spaces that can be reserved by residents and Teachers College affiliates for private meetings, social gatherings etc.  Spaces that may be reserved include the following:

Instructions: Students wishing to reserve a space should complete this form in its entirety and submit it to the Office of Residential Services a minimum of three business days prior to their event.

Residents will be sent a calendar invite as a confirmation of their reservation being accepted. If your requested room is not available, you will be notified via email.

To cancel a room reservation, please call the Office of Residential Services at 212.678.3235. Thank you!
