Billing and Payments

Semester housing fees, fines, and telephone charges are posted to each resident's student account.

Payment of all fees related to your apartment can be made in person at the Office of Student Accounts in 133 Thompson, via the Student Information System or via touch-tone telephone. Acceptable payment methods are noted here: http://www.tc.columbia.edu/controller/students/


Questions regarding your student account should be addressed to the Office of Student Accounts located in 133 Thompson Hall. In accordance with your housing contract, failure to pay your student account balance in full will result in legal action as provided for by law including eviction from Teachers College housing.
