Professional Staff Annual Review Process

The Vice President's Office for Diversity and Community Affairs and the Office of Human Resources along with a college-wide Professional Staff Review Committee, worked over the past year to review the Annual Professional Staff Performance Review process.  This effort is a result of President Susan Fuhrman's goal to create a consistent performance review process.  This initiative was undertaken in the hopes that the revised process would stimulate enhanced collaboration in achieving performance goals throughout the College.
This year, the timeline for setting goals, if you have not already done so, is by the end of the calendar year (December 2012).  All full-time professional staff and their supervisors (including faculty supervisors) are required to establish goals (Section A, Question IV) together throughout November and December 2012, and to complete, review and discuss the completed Review prior to the established deadline of July 31, 2013.
