Overview: In 1998, the ICCCR received a grant from the William and Flora Hewlett Foundation to develop, test, and disseminate the Peaceful Kids ECSEL Program. This program trained day care/Head Start staff, parents and children in the social-emotional skills underlying constructive conflict resolution.
