Yukari Matsuzuka is Associate Professor at the Research and Development Center for Higher Education and the Department of Social Sciences at Hitotsubashi University in Japan. She teaches Economics of Education, Education and Economic Development, and Education Statistics. Her research specializes in higher education policy and reform, curriculum pathway and its outcome, human capital and labor market, and the impact of technological changes on education and employment structure. She carries out both qualitative and quantitative research. At IEE, she has worked closely with Japanese academic/research institutions on the subjects of post-secondary deregulation, advanced technology and education, school-to-work transition and adult and continuing education.
