Information for Employers

The International and Comparative Education (ICE) program offers opportunities for employers and organizations to benefit from the contributions of current ICE students interested in internships and part-time work and graduates of the program interested in full-time employment.

ICE students and graduates have strong academic foundations, and many students already possess rich and diverse working experience in the field of international and comparative education. The program at Teachers College carefully prepares students to effectively engage at both intellectual and practical levels in the working arena, and provides them with the necessary skills and training to be valuable assets to companies and organizations both in the United States and around the world.

Employers and organizations in the education field rely on the hard work and contributions of ICE student interns to support their work, as well as carry out special projects. The program offers multiple pathways for employers to engage with students, for example, through direct internships, course-based work, faculty partnerships and customized project and research initiatives.
