Description of your current position: My current position is Full Professor in the Graduate School of International Cooperation Studies at Kobe University, Japan. I also serve as Advisor to the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and Japan Bank for International Cooperation (JBIC), and Consultant to UNESCO and World Bank (where I was formerly an Education Economist).
Something special about your TC experience: For me, TC embodies diversity and comprehensiveness in its range of programs. I was very fortunate to have studied under the pupilage of academic advisors who were extremely supportive when I was working on my doctoral studies, especially during my dissertation process.
