Vista Boricua at the Macy Gallery

Throughout the semester, the Macy Gallery will be holding the "Vista Boricua Exhibition." The exhibit presents perspectives of three artists-Nitza Tufiño, Fernando Salicrup and Diogenes Ballester-on the experience of being Puerto Rican. Each of the artists has a strong vision, which taken together tell the history. Pictured above is Nitza Tufiño with linocuts titled "Cemies." The linocuts serve as an allegorical approach to Puerto rican history. The Gallery is located on the fourth floor of Macy Hall and is open Monday through Friday from 11:00 am to 6p.m.
