After months of vacation, Hoboken's youths returned to school last week, finding new classrooms, new teachers, and in some cases, entirely new buildings.
The city's approximately 2,300 public school children returned to a district with a new superintendent, two new principals, and a new director of the Early Childhood Development Program.

One of the principals hired to the new school is Lorraine Cella, a former principal of an elementary school in Washington Township who has a doctorate in English Education from Columbia University's Teachers College.
