Tatjana Koke, the Minister of Education and Science of
Latvia and a former TC Professor of Education (above left, with Portia
Williams, TC’s Director of International Affairs) delivered a lecture,
“Educational Reform in
Latvia
since the Collapse of the
Soviet Union and
Integration With the European Union,” before a full house in Milbank Chapel on
September 23. The lecture was sponsored by the Programs in International and
Comparative Education, the Office of Policy and Research, and the Office of
International Affairs.
