Luis Huerta Discusses Regulation of Home Schooling in California

TC faculty member Luis Huerta recently appeared on "Which Way, LA?", a radio program on KCRW-NPR in Los Angeles, to comment on a state appellate court ruling that, for the first time, could subject the practice of home schooling in California to state regulation. Huerta argues that if California chooses this path, it will open up a Pandora's box of issues related to family rights, privacy, and accountability and oversight of all schooling models, public and private.To hearthe archived show, visit:
