  • First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton Launches Iscol Lecture Series At TC

    "All students can learn. No exceptions. No excuses." That mantra is part of the founding philosophy of Teachers College. It is part of the mission of The Jill and Ken Iscol Lecture Series, recently established at TC. And it was at the heart of the speech First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton delivered as the inaugural lecturer of the Iscol series.

    Alison Oakes is the fourth TC student in four years who has won the Graduate Student Literary Award from the National Dance Association (NDA).

  • Two TC Students Win 23rd National Arts Club Exhibition

    Maria E. Richa and Sean Riordan, two master's degree students in the Department of Arts and Humanities, have won the 23rd Annual Student Exhibition at the National Arts Club, which was established in 1898 and has presented many firsts in the arts.
