The Kresge Foundation Supports TC's Community College Research Center
The Kresge Foundation has awarded a three-year, $850,000 grant to Teachers College in support of the project, "Structuring the Student Experience for Success," directed by Thomas Bailey, the George and Abby O'Neill Professor of Economics and Education, and director of TC's Community College Research Center (CCRC).

Farber Foundation Pledge Supports TC's Rita Gold Center
Teachers College has received a five-year $50,000 pledge from the Gloria and Hilliard Farber Foundation to enhance The Leslie R. Williams Memorial Scholarship Fund. The fund provides scholarship assistance to children who otherwise would not be able to attend the Rita Gold Center.

An Alumna's Scholarship Eases Pressure on Doctoral Students
While earning her TC doctorate, Lynn Tishman was able to fund her own tuition and do research without seeking outside employment - but she knew that fellow students were struggling financially. She has since established a scholarship fund to help doctoral students in the clinical psychology program.
