Dean's Fellowship Program for Teaching and Diversity. The Adult Learning and Leadership program has been awarded the Dean's Fellowship for Teaching and Diversity for the academic year 2013-2014! 

Our objective is to develop learning interventions that highlight multicultural and diverse perspectives across the Adult Learning and Leadership MA curriculum. We will take a collaborative experimental approach to engage students and faculty in addressing this challenge using the methodology of design thinking.

  • Welton Kwong

    Welton Kwong currently works in the Bay Area as the Program Administrator for English Learners in a district of five high schools. In overseeing a program that serves approximately 1100 students, he recognizes that a key component of his work is to create an organizational environment in which adult learning is valued. Welton studied literature at the University of California at Berkeley and Harvard University with additional degrees in Education and Educational Leadership from Stanford University and Teachers College, Columbia University respectively.
