Dean's Fellowship Program for Teaching and Diversity. The Adult Learning and Leadership program has been awarded the Dean's Fellowship for Teaching and Diversity for the academic year 2013-2014! 

Our objective is to develop learning interventions that highlight multicultural and diverse perspectives across the Adult Learning and Leadership MA curriculum. We will take a collaborative experimental approach to engage students and faculty in addressing this challenge using the methodology of design thinking.

  • Alison Walling

    Alison Walling is currently pursuing her Doctorate in Adult Learning and Leadership at Teachers College, Columbia University. Her research interests include coaching and team learning. She received her M.A. in the ALL program and her B.A. from NYU in Psychology and Business. Since 2008, Ms. Walling has been working at Columbia Business School.
