Mimi Guzman

B.A. in Sociology and Diversified Liberal Arts from UCLA. Ms. Guzman completed a Bilingual Credential through California Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a Reading Certificate through UCLA Extension. Mimi has taught Pre-school through 5th grade and has conducted over 1000 hours of Intervention. She has served as a Pilot Teacher, Committee Chair, Science Lead Teacher, Coordinator for the Mother-Daughter program, and Literacy Coach. A National Board Certified Teacher, Mimi has assisted her colleagues in achieving National Board Certification. Her goal is to improve academic achievement for all students.
