Welcome to the Social-Organizational Psychology Program

Program Information: Program Chosen as One of Five Targeted by Johnson and Johnson's HR Leadership Development Program

Johnson and Johnson, the world's most comprehensive provider of healthcare products, has identified the Social-Organizational Psychology Program at Teachers College as one of five in the countryfor its Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP).

J&J's HRLDP is a two and a half year rotational program that provides recent master's-level graduates in human resources or related disciplines the opportunity to accelerate their career growth. The program features two main components: rotational assignments and training. Rotational assignments may take place in benefits, compensation, recruiting, or training and development and allow graduates to work side-by-side with senior human resources leaders to implement critical strategies that can impact the future of each organization. The training features in-depth classroom and online instruction which helps develop the skills and knowledge required for leadership in the Johnson & Johnson Family of Companies. This summer, Rebecca Levine, a 1st year M.A. student, was an HLDP summer intern.
