Welton Kwong currently works in the Bay Area as the Program Administrator for English Learners in a district of five high schools. In overseeing a program that serves approximately 1100 students, he recognizes that a key component of his work is to create an organizational environment in which adult learning is valued. Welton studied literature at the University of California at Berkeley and Harvard University with additional degrees in Education and Educational Leadership from Stanford University and Teachers College, Columbia University respectively.
Jody Barto holds a B.S. in Graphic Design Communication from Philadelphia University and worked for several years as a graphic designer prior to transitioning into the field of Adult Learning. Her shift was both inspired by involvement in her multi-disciplinary design and planning firm's professional development and organizational change initiatives and an increasing interest in understanding group processes on creative project teams.
