Dean's Fellowship Program for Teaching and Diversity. The Adult Learning and Leadership program has been awarded the Dean's Fellowship for Teaching and Diversity for the academic year 2013-2014! 

Our objective is to develop learning interventions that highlight multicultural and diverse perspectives across the Adult Learning and Leadership MA curriculum. We will take a collaborative experimental approach to engage students and faculty in addressing this challenge using the methodology of design thinking.

    Johnny Welch, Ed.D., M.B.A. is a speaker, author and entrepreneur. He is currently the Managing Director of Revolutionary Leaders—a leadership development organization dedicated to developing change leaders in public, private and political organizations. Johnny is also currently the host of the web show Revolutionary Leaders: Lessons from the Legends of Change Leadership; a program dedicated to helping leaders and aspiring leaders to learn and apply the leadership lessons, principles, and wisdom from the legends of change leadership. Johnny's broad experience ranges from serving as the program manager for the Columbia Coaching Certification Program, to corporate training—with clients that have included Burke Rehabilitation Hospital, Kawasaki, and New York Presbyterian Hospital, the University Hospital of Columbia and Cornell—to teaching undergraduate and graduate business courses at Chapman University in Southern California.
