Dean's Fellowship Program for Teaching and Diversity. The Adult Learning and Leadership program has been awarded the Dean's Fellowship for Teaching and Diversity for the academic year 2013-2014! 

Our objective is to develop learning interventions that highlight multicultural and diverse perspectives across the Adult Learning and Leadership MA curriculum. We will take a collaborative experimental approach to engage students and faculty in addressing this challenge using the methodology of design thinking.

  • Nicole M. Woods

    Nicole Woods currently serves as the University of Chicago Diversity Educator for the Provost Office and is charged with the development and execution of a faculty diversification initiative. After completing her Bachelor of Business Administration at the College of William and Mary in Virginia and her Master of Education at James Madison University, she ventured to Bard College as the first Director of Multicultural Affairs.
