Program Information: Julie Schell Awarded Spencer Research Training Grant Fellowship 2-12/08

Julie Schell, EdD student in Higher and Postsecondary Education, has been awarded a dissertation fellowship through the Spencer Foundation’s Research Training Grant Program here at Teachers College. The title of Julie’s forthcoming dissertation is "Evolutionary Teaching: Exploring Change in Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics Professors’ Undergraduate Teaching at Major Research Universities.”

We are, of course, delighted to learn of this wonderful news. This is an important award, and we offer Julie our warmest congratulations. And as Julie’s dissertation sponsor, I’m especially excited for her!
