Inquiries Coordinator
Jolie Harris Woodson is a doctoral student and the Inquiries Coordinator in the Higher and Postsecondary Education Program. Jolie is available to meet with and answer questions from prospective students, and can be reached at: jrh2159@tc.columbia.edu. She is also a Teaching Assistant for Curriculum and Instruction in Higher Education. Jolie also currently works in career development at The Cooper Union for the Advancement of Science and Art. Previously, she held various roles in admissions, development and, student affairs at NYU, Lehman College, and Baruch College.Jolie’s research interests focus on teaching and learning in higher education both within and outside the classroom. She is particularly interested in culturally relevant pedagogy and service learning. Jolie holds an MSEd in Higher Education Administration from Baruch College's School of Public Affairs and an EdM in Higher and Postsecondary Education from Teachers College of Columbia University.
