Internship Coordinator
Ms. Liza Bolitzer, M.A. is a doctoral student in the Higher and Postsecondary Education Program and serves as the Internship Coordinator for the program. Liza is available to answer questions from prospective students regarding the internship program, and can be reached at: lab2162@tc.columbia.edu.Liza's research interests focus on the teaching and learning of liberal education, with a focus on ways that college teachers facilitate students' access to learning within individual classrooms. She has developed these interests both as a member of the MetroCiti research team and as a research associate at the Council for Aid to Education. Prior to entering the HPSE program, Liza taught English and Composition at Brooklyn College where she received her Master of Arts degree in English Literature.
