Ripp, AS (April, 2000).Conductive Education: Transdisciplinary Complementary Practical Model.
This power point presentation reviewed conductive education (CE) in the context of the United States educational system with a discussion of conductive education principles, historical background and Hungarian conductor training. Emphasizing the tremendous support parents of children with physical disabilities have demonstrated for this complementary practice, preliminary pilot study data from 1999-2000 funded by the National Center for Disability Services (NCDS) is outlined and discussed.
