On Campus Housing

The Office of Residential Services offers a limited number of vacant student rooms for use during the summer months by individuals who are taking summer classes at TC or who are participating in a conference/program at TC or an affiliated college. Room rates vary based upon the length of stay and the style of room. All rooms feature private bath, central air conditioning/heat, a full or twin-size bed, micro-fridge unit, linens, a desk, lamp, closet or wardrobe, telephone with free local access and connections for television and internet. Depending on availability, efficiencies with kitchenettes may be an option. Anyone interested in summer conference housing should refer to the housing website.

Off Campus Housing

International House offers a welcoming community of approximately 700 students and interns from around the globe and provides a wide variety of programs and activitiesFacilities include a dining room, gymnasium, fitness center, computer lab, music practice rooms and study centers. 

TC Portal: Once you've received your UNI, you will have access to the TC Portal, which includes a Message Center where students often advertise summer sublets. (my.tc.columbia.edu)
