AmeriCorps • Recovery Act Volunteers

In response to President Obama’s call to service, the Peace Corps Fellows Program was recently awarded an AmeriCorps National Direct Recovery grant (FY 2009) from The Corporation for National and Community Service. This grant will fund 28 graduate students to be volunteers providing educational support to local schools and community-based organizations.
