Professional Staff Annual Review Process: The Vice President's Office for Diversity and Community Affairs and the Office of Human Resources along with a college-wide Professional Staff Review Committee, worked over the past year to review the Annual Professional Staff Performance Review process. This effort is a result of President Susan Fuhrman's goal to create a consistent performance review process. This initiative was undertaken in the hopes that the revised process would stimulate enhanced collaboration in achieving performance goals throughout the College.
Professional Development Fund: The Professional Development Fund (PDF) is available to all full-time professional and secretarial/clerical employees of TC upon completion of 6 months of employment. Employees can receive reimbursement, up to $300/$315 per fiscal year, for a developmental activity (e.g., seminar, conference, training program, elearning, etc.) that relates to his/her job.
