Transcripts must be requested in writing. The cost is $5 for the first and $3 for each additional within one order. Transcript requests cannot be made via email, phone, or online.

Please be sure to include your name (and any changes in your name since you were a student here), your dates of attendance and/or date of graduation, your student ID number and the address(es) to which the transcript(s) should be mailed. Please remember to sign your request.
