Data Requests
The Office of the Registrar tracks a wide variety of information on Teachers College students. Where appropriate, this information is available to Teachers College faculty and staff. We do not guarantee that all requests can be satisfied in their entirety, but we will attempt to provide you with something that answers your needs. We will normally require five working days to process your request. All information so provided is understood to be confidential, and is not to be distributed to other parties without the explicit notification and approval of this Office.
The Office's database allows for considerable flexibility in structuring queries, and we must know as much as possible about your needs and how you wish to use the information in order to respond to your request satisfactorily. Please specify as much information as possible when making a data request.
