NY City to Buenos Aires

In local times, American Airlines flight 955 departed JFK Airport at 10:15pm on November 29 and arrived in Buenos Aires, at 9:30am, November 30. New York is two hours behind Buenos Aires at that time of year, so this flight took about 10 hours to cover about the 5500 miles separating the two cities. I was met at the airport in Buenos Aires by Enrique Sierra and Estaban de Tada, and wisked off to drop my luggage in the faculty apartment at Palermo University I would sleep in that night. I was then taken to lunch, given a brief rest, taken to the building of the lecture, interviewed by two reporters, and given a few minutes to prep the interpreter. Finally, at 7pm I delivered the lecture, Telecomunicaciones, globalizacion y su impacto en la educacion.
