The people above were all drawn as we serendipitously travelled together, somewhere, for a few moments or a few hours. Drawn at 35,000 feet above the earth, the first was executed Wednesday morning somewhere over the UK as we headed southeast toward Prague, and the next to last (the sleeper), Monday afternoon, somewhere over the northern Atlantic edge of Canada as we flew southwest down the coast, toward New York. The sixth (back of a head) and seventh (the rear view miror) were drawn in a taxi in Prague as it took me to the airport for my return flight to New York. The other drawings were all drawn underground - the very last in New York's subway, near the end of my TET journey, the others all in Prague's subway. Travelling is so much a part of modern global life that it is essential to include drawings of related travel in a site like SeeTET01 (see Why this site was created and Images as records of encounters below).
