Robert P. Taylor's JuryDuty: reflections on a trial

Juror Number Seven, Dr. Curtis, MD, Esq.

Both these 25 June drawings captured Juror Seven reasonably well. She was both an attorney and a medical doctor. Since her office was only few blocks west of the court in which we met each day, at noon she usually walked over there to do a little work. She and her husband (also an attorney) had a firm that specializing in suing lawyers who deserve to be sued. She said she got the idea from medical malpractice. There were two other jurors who were attorneys, James (inset left) and Seth (inset right). The focus of each of their practices was quite different from Dr. Curtis's.
