Robert P. Taylor's JuryDuty: reflections on a trial

Juror Number One -- Jury Foreperson

Above is Juror Number One. As Foreperson, she did a good job of organizing deliberations once we began them. She lived up around 29th Street, where she also had a studio or place of business (design). Her husband was an artist and she was a textile designer. When this trial began, her two kids had just gotten out of school for the year so she had to worry about them squabbling in her absence. I was not particularly satisfied with either of these two sketches. Since she read a lot in our juror's room, she was often releatively stationary and should have been easy to draw. I fear she was often just too far away for me to see her well.
