Robert P. Taylor's JuryDuty: reflections on a trial 

A NYHA project administrator (above, left) was brought in to testify about the relationship between the defendent and the victim. As I recall, he had helped administer a project where the victim resided prior to where she lived when the assault actually occurred, at the time when the order of protection was issued against the defendent. I recall his testimony as general and as interrupted several times (which was how I had time to draw him). The prosecution seemed to have called for it, to establish the nature and longevity of the conflict between the victim and the defendent..
