Done at 10:20pm, this drawing blends the ideas of several earlier sketches (insets top), including minimum line density, shading by hatching and cross hatching lines, and shading suggestion, by contour lines.Still to come were the softer pencil sketches (insets bottom) and some additional blending of styles. This drawing remains one of my favorites in terms of expressiveness via a minium of image.
