This drawing was inspired by a partial profile I did of a singer who wanted to use it as a logo on a recital program she was singing. The only other self-portrait profiles I've done were done when I first resumed drawing in 1996 (inset top), and again right at the beginning of 1998 (inset bottom).This drawing was also done as part of the idea of doing parts of the face without bothering to draw everything. This one drew all of the front of the head in profile, but nothing beyond about the front-most quarter.
