Done in 15 minutes, this marker drawing on white sketch pad paper was completed by 9:45 pm . The head was 7.5 cm high, from chin to top of hair on forehead. It is the second of four drawings done that night (insets top) and the only one not a profile. The marker drawings that night were moving toward abstraction and have many parallels. This one certainly is interesting when compared to several other three quarter drawings (insets bottom) in Reflect, whether accurate surface representations or rather distorted minimal renderings.
