Here are four drawings of Maillol's Summer, arranged like four views one might have of the piece while walking around it. The armless version was not drawn from the bronze subject in the other three, but of a plaster version, identical in size and pose, minus arms. By appearing at MOMA, next to Maillol's Springtime (see link below), this work in plaster gave me the idea of creating a set of Summer drawings to compliment those of Springtime.
