Arranged according to when the sculptor created the original work, each image above links to an exhibit of all drawings of that particular bronze sculpture. Because of the complexities of casting, except for the first (Houdon Apollo), the bronze castings above were not made by the artist, but by foundaries, from models created by the artist in some non-bronze medium. A date given may in some cases be that of the pre-casting model; in other cases, that of the particular casting at hand.
